Position: Export Executive/Manager (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Development:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential export markets and customers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's export business.
• Sales & Customer Relationship Management:
  • Generate and manage export inquiries and orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Export Documentation & Logistics:
  • Prepare and process all necessary export documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading).
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and efficient export operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all export regulations and procedures.
• Payment & Finance:
  • Manage export payments and ensure timely collection.
  • Handle letters of credit and other payment instruments.
  • Monitor foreign exchange rates and manage currency risks.
• Compliance:
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of all export compliance regulations.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with local and international laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred for Managerial positions)

• Strong knowledge of international trade practices, export regulations, and documentation.
